Mr. Tapp received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kent State University.  He received his CPA in Ohio.  Mr. Tapp has eighteen years of accounting experience.  Five years were in an auditing capacity followed by eight years as an analyst.  The last five years before joining Delphi Brian was account manager for revenue in excess of $15 million.  Since joining Delphi Brian is responsible for all aspects of accounting for Delphi’s eleven companies.
