Delphi Development LLC was created to invest in and develop socially responsible for-profit real estate and business ventures.

Located in Asheville, North Carolina, Delphi has focused on reintroducing under-utilized historic properties into fully functioning, contributing assets to the community and new developments which provide a new sense of community and function. Since our founding in 1999, Delphi is creating over
$64 Million in real estate value for the Asheville and Hickory communities.

• Completed the historic restoration of the historic Piedmont and Moskins Buildings into a mixed-use development containing condos, apartments and retail businesses
  
• Has developed the mixed use community, Eastwood Village in the Fairview community, containing single family homes, luxury apartment community, state of the art day care facility, retail village with bank and family restaurant
  
• Has developed the historic Sawyer Motor Building and surrounding city block into mixed use residential condos and urban retail/office
  
• Is in the process of developing Mostellar Estates in Hickory, NC
  
• Has funded and partnered in the web based software firm Metasphere LLC
  
• Founded the street art program in downtown Asheville to promote visual and performing street arts
  
• Sponsored Kids Voting, a non-profit organization promoting voting awareness and education for school aged children
  
• Been a Member of "Sustainable Economic Development Committee" appointed by Asheville City Council-1999.
  
• Is in due diligence phase with North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida communities for future "Village" mixed use developments.
